Age, weight and height requirements:
- Children must be at least 5 years old and 140 cm tall to climb the entire Adventure Park structure.
- Children between 125 cm and 140 cm must climb with a companion, who is at least 16 years old.
- Children under 125 cm are not allowed on the structure.
- Weight limit: 120 kg

Important Information:
- All climbers must wear closed-toe shoes.
- Each ticket allows you to climb for 2 hours, which includes a mandatory 15-minute Ground School session at the beginning of each climb.

Ticket Pickup:
- Physical tickets must be picked up at Guest Services. To ensure you have enough time, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled climb.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
